Red Paua Shell Ring

The beautiful “stone” in this ring is a shell. I think it came from Hawaii. I made the bezel of .999 pure silver (In the trade it’s known as Fine Silver.) and mounted it on Sterling Silver which is .925 pure silver.
I mounted it on a shank made of four strands of Sterling. The center two strands are twisted together to give it the rope like appearance.
Like all of my jewelry it is one of a kind.
