Tourmalinated Quartz Two Stone Pendant

Tourmalinated refers to the needle-like inclusions in the stone.  The inclusions were trapped in the liquid many thousands of years ago when the stone was still liquid.  I set two stones in a Fine Silver  bezel (99.9% pure silver), on a back plate and bail of Sterling (92.5% pure silver).  The pendant is hung on a chain I made of Sterling.
